Have never had a bad meal here. Food is amazing - so fresh and portions are huge. If u wanna try something than the standard fare Mexican food u need to try the 7 Mares soup. There was so much seafood in it that I didnt finish the broth which was amazing. Would give more stars if I could. Worth the trip and well worth the money....

The good news is, they've also made tons of other broth base options for you to select so you can just turn that brain off and get down on some delicious meats and veg! Although I haven't tried them all yet, I can definitely recommend the Tonkatsu broth that has a lot of rich, porky flavor

Good esperience with a reasonably extensive menu. Place is nice, parking is reasonably easy and, more important food is good and prices are adequate.

Cabo is our Go-To Mexican food place! Excellent service, hand made tortillas and guacamole, ice cold Modelos on draft. The Cantina side has TVs for sports action n the sit down side is large enough that you usually dont have to wait for a table. Oxnard 's Best!

Fantastic Mexican food. Mindful of my allergies and were able to accommodate me. Handmade tortillas that are just so fantastic! I can't say enough, table side guacamole was great, chips and salsa warm and inviting, chile rellenos, fish tacos, burritos, beans, rice, it was all fantastic and an amazing highlight to our trip. Just so fresh and well prepared. Side note: it was truly authentic Mexican food!

Sorry to have gone there. The only good thing are the tortillas and chile they serve u. Even those were in short supply. Food took over an hour and my food was tepid. No thanks! Sent it back and came back looking gross all messy and nuked. Waitress was running around, other guests complaining of lack of service. The food is not that good. I make better and hotter at home. Cabo is a steady 3-4 out of 10. So sorry but am honest.

To be honest!! Before y have a really bad impression from this place!!! That's why I don't come back for 15 year's!!! But now I totally change my mind!!! Is great place!!!

They The food was great! I read online that they didn't take reservations so I didn't make any for my husband's birthday dinner. Turns out that was wrong. Not only do they take reservations, they had several large parties that night. But they were great about accommodating us and even brought a folding table from the back to seat us. The service was slightly slow, but I suppose that was my fault. And they were great about our 5 separate checks, too. I would definitely come back soon. The prices were moderate, about $15 per person, depending on what you order. And just about every page of the menu said to ask for special requests, which was great bc my mother won't eat seasoned meat and my niece had her heart set on nachos and they weren't on the menu. And they made fresh tortillas and they made fresh guacamole at the table!

I prefer jalisco 100% better flavor in the marisco. Seafood. Cabo the people are great but the food needs more seasoning for sure.

Waited too long to be seated when they had said about 15 mins then ended up waiting like 25 mins more and didn't get our food till about an hr later, service wasnt great at all would not recommend this place i had camarones rancheros.

We have been going to this place for a few years and went back last night with some guests. Unfortunately there was a big rat under our feet inside the restaurant. There was chaos in the restaurant and most everyone ran out.

Great Food is hard to find especially Mexican Food. Cabo Seafood Grill is the real deal. The service is great. The minute we sat down chips & salsa were placed on our table. Drinks were ordered. For dinner I had The chicken Enchilada with rice and beans. My husband had rice and beans with Carnitas. Homemade Tortillas. Atmosphere feels like home. Colorful place. A shout out to Genaro. Loved this place for my graduation party from cal Lutheran in May. Service was perfect and food was tasty. They were kind enough to reserve the private area by the bar, which worked out great. After we realized food was all gone and were getting ready to leave, we even had our server join in the family pictures. Thank you Art (owner) for selecting a caring staff for my event.

Good food. Nice family friendly atmosphere. Service is adequate but also falls short in areas like checking on table and refills. Good menu variety and they'll try meet any special meal requests. Price is on the high side.
